Come Alessandro anche io sto provando il modem USB di TRE.
Uno dei 3 negozi TRE del mio paesino aveva un oggetto siffatto a disposizione.
Che dire, notevole questa offerta di TRE che permette di provare per 1 settimana il modem per accedere ad internet via HSDPA.
Io navigo “solo” a 384K, per me e’ un gran bel salto in avanti rispetto ai 56K del modem analogico, anche con i vari proxy, web accelerator, etc etc.
Sara’ la gioia del giocattolino, ma per 2 giorni di fila ho raggiunto la quota dei 50MB in meno di 2 ore, con la sola navigazione (no youtube, no download).
Di solito mi stancavo di bere caffe’ nelle lunghe attese. ;(
Gia’ so che mi manchera’ questo giocattolino. 😉

1-create new database
2-database restore from 70 MB bak file
result: mdf 75 Mb, ldf 5 MB
3-select * from lots_of_tables
4-detach database
step 4 took almost 10 minutes,
meanwhile enterprise manager UI wasn’t responsive,
sql server itself wasn’t available,
cpu 95% idle,
ram “enough free”.
did it rebuild the whole database ?
