Agile process and customers

What is customer’s role in agile process ?
It’s an heavy role. 😉

What if the customer doesn’t care?
“Well, it’s not my business!” we might say…but a successfull project mean a complete partecipation by every character.

So, someone (whatelse if not us?) need to involve the costumer the right way.
It’s very simple, Jacopo Romei talked about it in his talk (Tutti i miei sbagli…) at last Agile Day: quantify your contribute to customer business. 😉

Please think about the value your job give to customer’s business.
