(over midnight thoughts)
“On-site customer” is an important practice in XP , it’s the needed feedback for next iterations.
How many customers are ready for it ?
What kind of customers are ready for it ?
You need to have a customer who believe in “playing” with the development team and let people collaborate heavily.
Most of the times, customers are very very busy and/or don’t (want to) care the evolving project; sometimes, they just need the job done. 😦
Well, those times “supplier care” is the only way to help themselves, but they didn’t realize yet!
