MS Access VBA editor doesn’t support mouse scroll wheel 
(but forms do! why ?!)
Developing in VBA editor, scroll wheel miss a lot .
Solution is same as VB6 Editor:
1. Download VB6MouseWheel.exe and extract in your preferred directory
3. Register VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll (using regsvr32)
4. double click on “VBA Mouse Wheel Fix.reg” (or via regedit, import it).
5. Open Access VBA editor, and enable this add-in (both “Load …” options) via Add-In Manager.
