IIS 7 Running 32 bit app in 64bit server

January 6, 2010

More on IIS7 …
On your way to get a fully operative sw installation, you have to configure IIS7 in order to run 32bit application in a 64bit system.
Good, IIS7 has an appropriate field on a setting windows, instead of setting via script.
Lots of very usefull info here:
enable third party software 32 bit on 64 bit iis 7 windows server 2008

:)

question: old programs aren’t prepared for “new” (actually daily tech!) 64bit systems, so better rewrite with updated tecnology, don’t you?
